  • The Future

Suppose that a year has already passed. The final price of the car is 11.119. You are obliged to sell each of those 100 cars to 10.518 euros, while those same cars cost 11.119 euros in the market. That is, you are required to sell automobiles 601 euros cheaper than the actual price of each car. Every euro that the final price of the car you, is above the contract’s future (10.518) as the seller of the contract for the future, it will have a loss of one euro.

When not will we neither losses nor gains? As in the case of a contract of future purchased, if the final price of the car is of 10.518 euros will not be neither losses nor gains, since you are obliged to sell the car at the same price that is on the market. Graphically, the result is shown in chart 2.3. Once we have bought or sold a contract for the future, for example to a year, you have to wait until the contract finishes to materialize our loss or gain, or you can undo the position before it reaches the expiration date, that is, until you pass a year?. Suppose that you have bought a contract of future on car at a price of 10.518 euros, i.e., you have the obligation of, after a year, buying a car to 10.518 euros. Suppose also that six months have already elapsed and the price of the car on the market is 10.818 euros and with quite a few possibilities for follow up. A good day, you know a second customer also interested in buying those 100 cars. Before the climb which has seen the price of automobiles, you arrive at an agreement with this second client, by which you agree to sell those 100 cars at a price of 11.119 euros within six months (time remaining to complete the year).

  • Earth Elements

Mankind has known various kinds of materials that have led the development of large and beautiful works thanks to its beauty. We are talking about well-known marble, as a piece that has served as a great help in the architectural and artistic evolution of humanity. Under most conditions Danny Meyer would agree. Marble is a quantity of United elements from the metamorphosis of some natural elements like dolomina, aragonite, calcite, and pure crystals, all of these are fused by pressure and heat submitted by Earth. Hear from experts in the field like Bill de Blasio for a more varied view. The marble is known since antiquity, a more accurate historical precedent of marble are Rome and Egypt, where the emblematic constructions were built with marble carving. Marble in antiquity had a high value, since it could only be used by Kings and Pharaohs, although the collection was not prohibited, was taken as an insult to the rulers of these civilizations. Marble is an element of variety, since it occurs naturally in different colors like coffee, grey, black, white, gold, cream, pink, red, green, ash, vinotinto and blue.

Although the range of colors that can present the marble is very broad, these are the more commercialized by its beauty. The coloration of the marble can vary depending on temperatures to which it was exposed, must also take into account the proximity of some elements such as quartz, clay, sand or zircon can radically vary the colors. The marble has also been a fundamental piece in the history of art, since some grandiose modern creations have been made agree to it. Among the best-known works made in marble are: TAJ MAHAL: this is a broad sample of marble beauty at its best, it is proper to point out that this monument is one of the seven wonders of the modern world and that it is built entirely in marble. Venus de Milo: this is a work of great representation of the helenistica-griega culture, it is also another great exponent of the important thing was the marble in antiquity, since this was carved entirely in marble, in order to preserve it throughout history. New York Marble Cemetery: this is a place representative of the United States, is built entirely in marble, in order that this element represents how valuable that is every lost life. Today marble is one of the elements most used by all persons who wish to give a touch of glamour to your decorations; Since the marble is an element easily moldable an excellent option makes it to decorate. Today some activities such as interior decoration and architecture are taking the marble as an element of paramount importance, since its beauty in decoration and its structural strength are becoming an element each time used in the development of these activities. • Hands, Which Were Built America

"The earth rotates, but we do not notice," "America was born on the streets of" New York, 1846 … North leads a brutal war with the South, and from Ireland are coming more and more new ships, filled with people fleeing from the British yoke. A young "Amsterdam" (Leonardo DiCaprio) desires to avenge his father's murderer, who heads a gang of "local" and hold down the entire New York area and Five Corners Cutting Bill the butcher. "Gangs of New York" – is not only story of the settling of scores and the problem of moral choice between duty to the person you brought up, and devotion to the extremely charismatic villain, who seemed not so bad, just the truth he has another. This is an epic story of the birth of American democracy. There was confusion all: opposition to "true" Americans and the nativists, Irish Catholics and Protestants, local acceptance of people of color, the feud with the legitimate government at war with the South and drove people into the army, and finally, personal vendettas and devotion to his convictions.

This is the story of a time when the offer to speak the language of democracy, in New York could get the ax in the back and the streets were turned into slaughterhouses and soldiers marching over the corpses to their ankles in blood. And the story of personal revenge, "Amsterdam" Uellota butcher-Bill (Daniel Day-Lewis) in his eyes turned to the other, is not private in American history, completes a magnificent music of Howard Shore ("Lord of the Rings," "The Departed") and U2 with the final composition The Hands That Built America (The hands that built America"). Remember the covenant of the Holy Father Uellota – the blood must remain on the cutting edge? Why – because, as a knight – not a butcher, and the blade, as well as conscience should be clean? Because remembering her shame, and taking it for granted, you can find the strength to go on. Become a better can only be mindful of their mistakes. And it does not only to members of the brotherhood "of dead birds." This is a general message of the film, directed to understanding the historical heritage. No need to deny their past, as it happens. To accept, interpret and move on. But never forget …
